Application for calibration

International calibration institution
  • Application for calibration at Permanent Standards Laboratory
  • Consultation by phone (time required,commission, request for estimate, etc.)
  • Submission of calibration application form and flowmeter to be calibrated (client)
  • Issuance of a filing receipt for the equipment (institute of calibration)
  • Calibration of flowmeter and dispatchof test report
    (processing period : within 30 days from the application)
  • Payment for calibration of flowmeter
    (to be paid within 14 days after receiving tax invoice)
  • Application for travelling calibration
  • Consultaton by phone (time required, commission, request for estimate, etc.)
  • Dispatch of an official document for requesting for calibration of flowmeter (client)
  • Travelling calibration of flowmeter and dispatch of test report
    (processing period : within 30 days from the application)
  • Payment for calibration of flowmeter
    (to be paid within 14days after receiving tax invoice)

Others
  • Travelling fee② shall be calculated in accordance with preliminary of Korea Water
    Resources Corporation and calibration shall be performed by a group of two and number of days for calibration shall be determined according to travelling distance and number of items to be calibrated.
  • If calibration is not possible due to a problem in client such as a problem in flowmeter on field,
    - 50% of calibration fee + travelling fee + VATare to be collected.
  • For oil gas expenses, actual expense shall be calculated vased on acrual travelling distance.
