Performance of effective business management and support for researchers of K-Water to perform their duties and achieve management goals smoothly and contribution to the achievement of the company's vision with cooperation in Korea and overseas

• - Performing general management support including researchers, organization, budget, contract, audit, welfare,and social contribution of K-Water
• - Global cooperation by having technical exchange gathering between Korea and China or Korea and Japan, establishing UNESCO i-WSSM research education center and participating in the 7th World Water Forum in 2015
• - Cooperation between related groups such as KNCOLD, Korea Federation of Water Science and Engineering Societies, and Korea Water Forum

• Leading the main issues of K-Water (SWG, water and green growth) and constructing the foundation for long-term water business with strategic participation in the 7th World Water Forum
• Establishment of UNESCO-IHP research education center and proliferation of techniques of experience in water managementby reinforcing technical cooperation with China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and other more countries
• Sharing current water-related issues in Asia and constructing multilateral network to solve water problems
