This paper aims to analyze performance factors for the performance characteristics of water source heat pump performance according to seasonal temperature changes in Korea. Because Korea is located in continental climate region, the characteristics of season is obvious. Also the characteristics of water temperatures vary greatly by season. It is necessary to develop performance factors that represent the seasonal performance considering these water temperature characteristics. In order to develop these performance factors in this water source heat pump, its operation model is designed as simple temperature calculation model. According to the outside temperature profile, various performance factors are analyzed and compared. The calculation model of water source heat pump was based on the operating performance of about 200 RT (US Refrigeration ton) water source heat pump system, the outside of temperature profile is provided in outside temperature and water temperature of Korea weather information. The cooling and heating operation characteristics were analyzed by considering load calculation and opeartion time based on commercial buildings.
