The government is consistently promoting the policy of renewable energy expansion. Recently, For the purpose of expanding the domestic ESS(Energy Storage System) market, if a ESS is connected with a wind power or photovoltaic plant, the government gives various incentives to the owner of facilities. But, It is restricted that a ESS have to be connected with only wind power or photovoltaic facilities. It appears as a result of low utilization of ESS.
