Demands of pure and ultrapure industrial water were expected to increase continuously with industry acceleration. Therefore, K-water also can be industrial business area, it was expanded to supply and production. Since 2009, K-water has been operating industrial water facilities through contract with domestic enterprises. In contrast to expectations, the industrial facility have problems such as fouling of reverse osmosis(RO) has been accelerated by rapid in raw water quality during the dry season and micro-filtration (MF) process efficiency decline. Measures for solving these problem and operational cost were urgent. The goal of this research was that the RO and MF process operating expenses costs of 10% operating technologies for future industrial water treatment facility operating manual target to establish. In this study, the performance of each dispersant was evaluated through operation of industrial water plant.
