A project for Decentralized Water Supply System(DWSS) is developed in order to stably supply safe water in compliance with the paradigms of future cites and people’s requirements. The DWSS is installed at the nearest place to consumers to shorten the time for delivering treated water to consumers, and implements a network to enable safe and stable water supply, and unit processes arranged as multi-layers and are a resident-friendly landmark, which is harmonized with its surroundings. They can be a building type in a city to be laid out as a tower in the underground of parks or facilities. A plant with a capacity of 1,000m3/day was designed and constructed to assess and verify the applicability of this decentralized water treatment (DWT) system design technology which is being developed for the first time. |
