The wastewater containing hydrofluoric acid, acid, alkali, non-biodegradable organic wastewater, and heavy metals has discharged in the electronics and semiconductor industry. These industrial wastewater were treated physico-chemical, and biological to meet the environmental standard for water quality. Hydrofluoric acid in the wastewater was treated suitably in accordance with forms, concentration, co-materials of fluorine, mostly it was treated a two-stage coagulating sedimentation and a precipitation methods. The series of calcium and aluminum chemicals were widely used as the fluorine treatment. Kim et al (2011) were reported that the results of the evaluating the efficiency for the fluorine treatment of the type of calcium series, the most excellent conditions were Ca(OH)2, pH 4, and 200 rpm of mixing rate. In this study was investigated the optimal chemicals dosing rate and pH condition with the calcium and the aluminum series agents. |
