To provide reliable and trace quantitative nationwide reference data for off flavor compounds in drinking water, uncertainty assessment through the whole measurement process are needed. In this study, uncertainty was measured for geosmin and MIB in water samples by SPME-GC/MS method. SPME-GC/MS is one of accredited option of analytical methods. Main objectives of this study were to identify, quantify of each uncertainty sources and assess the causes of the uncertainty in the measurement process. |
