Recently, online preconcentration with mass spectrometry method has been widely used for the water analysis from treated to source water sample. In real sample analysis for treated and source water sample, calibration curve using deionized water are often used. However, source water matrix affects the sensitivity, the linearity and deviation of the calibration. In this study, quantitative analysis was assessed by comparing the linearity of the calibration curve produced by deionized water and surface water matrices. Two working standard method were applied to real surface water samples. |
