| The Development of Rapid Method for Chlorophenols in Water using SBSE-TDU-GC/MS |

Determination of the analytes was carried out using TDU-GC-MS operating by SBSE with in situ derivatization. The optimization of SBSE conditions such as, extraction time, affection of salt and stirring speed are investigated. The 2 hours of adsorption time and a 1200 rpm of stirring speed were most dominant response for all compounds in this work. The detection limits and quantification limits of the CPs in water are ranged 0.1~0.6 and 0.4~1.8 ng/mL, respectively. The average recoveries and precision of the CPs in all the samples are ranged 98~109%, 2.0~6.6%, respectively. This investigated method could be extremely increased sensitivity of CPs detection and significantly improved the rapid of analysis recovery, when they are compared to previous reported methods with combination of potassium carbonate. This developed method was employed to real samples in this study. |
