This paper gives a reson why cable fire accident and blackout happen in a power plant. Bad terminaion of cable makes the condition of issulation in CV cable bad. That causes a Single Line to ground Fault and Potential rise of normal lines. Also Potential rese makes the condition of insulation in CV cable in CV cable worse and causes Line to Line fault. |
