In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM) in spatial- temporal runoff patterns at representative site having different land use in the watershed of Lake Sihwa. The result of Synchronous and 3D-EEMs analysis in 4TG(industrial area), higher PLF concentrations at the beginning of rainfall than during the concentrations when there is before rainfall and this is considered to be attributable to the effect of the inflows of untreated sewage and wastewater with characteristics of protein fluorescence. At AS (urban area), PLF, FLF and THLF region peaks were clearer during rainfall than when there was before rainfall. At MS(urban area), did not show great changes in PLF and FLF concentrations while showing a regional characteristic that fluorescence intensity changes over time in the THLF region increased greatly. In conclusion, our results showed significant differences in the runoff characteristics of DOM in different land use. And these differences should be considered for the efficient controlling of DOM in the watershed |
