| Determination of Chlorophenols with High Sensitivity Using TDU-GC/MS by Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction (SBSE) in Water |

In this study, optimization analytical method without pretreatment to detect chlorophenols with good sensitivity and recovery carried out by SBSE-TDU-GC/MS. SBSE has overcome the mentioned above disadvantages on the chlorophenols analysis. The most effective adsorption time of them in water is 2 hours for twister stirring with 30% adding NaCl at 700 rpm. In the pesticide chemical search of US EPA, long term exposure can increase the risk of dermatitis, chloracne, cancer and death. This method could be provided primary information of chlorophenols about the reduced analysis time and increased analytical sensitivity. |
