In this study, a rapid analysis method for the six nitrosamines in water by using stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) in combination with the thermal desorptive unit gas chromatograph mass spectrometry (TDU-GC/MS) was developed with high sensitivity and accuracy. The LOD for 6 nitrosamines were 2.1~13.9 ng/L and the LOQ were 6.7~44.2 ng/L using 20 ng/L of standard solutions in the SIM mode. The relative recovery were calculated to be 91~ 124% and the RSD were 4~21%. |
