Use of very fast and accurate analytical method for algal toxins is required in drinking water treatment facility. Classic method by conventional solid-phase extraction takes too much time, cost and labors for cyanobacterial bloom sample and treated water. Further, fast verification after removal treatment like chlorination is needed to prevent improper water quality. The goal of this study are comparison of two fast methods ; 1) online sample preconcentration with Orbitrap MS (method A) and 2) flow injection with LC-MS/MS (method B). Verification of these toxins after chlorination was done using high resolution full scan data |
