The study site is decided to Deukchi and Weolsan point where is appraised more accumulated in sediment and the stream flowed sluggishly at lake Juam. These pointhave a special topographic characteristic to enlarged flow section. MBES is applied to topographical survey at study point. it can assess the configuration characteristics of reservoir ground by three-dimensional plan. Gravity coring samples measures 20∼70cm. Hand core sampling measures 25∼45cm. The timing of events at various levels in a sediment core can be determined by radiometric dating techniques. The calculated sedimentation rate of lake Juam is 9.1mm /year. Sediment is released to the water and influence on water quality and ecosystem. The release rate shows almost same the other sites in domestic and less than existing release rate of foreign country. |
