The average numbers of Actinomycetes in the soil were higher than in the water and greatest in the soil of YP site. Genus of Streptomyces, which can cause odor compounds such as geosmin and 2-MIB, was dominant (65.5%) in 16S rDNA sequencing of cultured colonies. The increasing of Streptomyces proportion in with plant soil was also observed by culture independent pyrosequencing results. Bacterial diversities of GA and CP were higher than those of YP and PD, and diverse genera within Actinobacteria were detected in pyrosequencing result. The results of the rain leaching model experiment suggested that the geosmin and 2-MIB produced by the Actinomycetes could be released into the water systems by rainfall, the concentrations of the geosmin and 2-MIB leached from the planted soils were 2.6 times and 2.8 times higher than those from the unplanted soils, and the concentration of Streptomyces was positively correlated with the amount of geosmin and 2-MIB (R2 = 0.809 and 0.847, respectively). |
