Recently, Ministry of Environment had announced Energy Independent Master Plan to change the paradigm, which is the STPs consume the high energy during sewage collection and treatment. To accomplish government's polish, it needs to convergence technologies from basement to energy saving technologies, self energy production technologies and so on. Low energy and intelligence BNR system based on ICA was composed of non-power mixing using wastewater injection system, membrane cleaning and aeration by low resistance air supply equipment and OUR-N for nitrification monitoring and aeration control system. The result of application for OUR-N, operation energy was consumed 2.79 kWh/㎥, and saved 29% compared of conventional SBR type MBR process. |
