Considering actual field use of >400 pesticides, very limited compounds are regulated for drinking and surface water quality criteria in Korea. Use of accurate full scan mass spectrometry is powerful method for surveillance agency. Further, fast data acquisition is need to save time and cost through the whole analytical procedures. The goal of this study was to combine online sample preconcentration and high resolution full scan mass spectrometry and applications to target screening of pesticides in surface water from Han River watershed of Korea. |
