In this study, reuse of WWTP effluent for industrial park was investigated using reuse pilot plant. The coagulation process performed a role for UF operation and optimal concentration was 4mg/L. However, during pi;ot operation, pipe was plugged by scale which maily included Al, P, Cl, and Ca. Especially, Ca was included in WWTP effluent, so pipe plugging in reuse plant occurred by interaction between coagulation and Ca in WWTP effluent. Therefore, the species and concentration of coagulant injection method of coagulant was very important due to interaction between coagulant and a dissolved solid in WWTP effluent. |
