Various conditions of combined pretreatment were examined to evaluate the feasibility of solubilized sludge as external carbon source. Among the combined pretreatment conditions, N11+O0.32+N11 was the highest value of SDNR, rbCOD fraction, reduction and solubilization. As compare with individual pretreatment, combined pretreatments showed much higher value of SDNR and rbCOD fraction. Also SDNR and rbCOD fraction of sludge pretreated by N11+O0.32+N11 were higher than those of methanol and domestic wastewater. Therefore, solubilized sludge after combined pretreatment of alkali and ozone showed the possibility for external carbon source. |
