Due to the frequent contaminant occurrence and deteriorated water quality in Nakdong river water which is water source for Busan Metropolitan area, Alternative water source need to replace raw water of Nakdong-River. In order to supply high quality of raw water to Busan metropolitan area and Kyung nam province with stable water quantity, construction of riverbank filtration systems was planed as additional water source. Exploitable water quantity and high water quality in riverbank system required simultaneously with economic efficiency. To investigate design conditions in Changyeong site, field geological survey and water quality examination was tried with test wells with several locations in the site. |
