Full scan based target compounds extraction is promising options in water quality management and survey. As target identification by conventional software like Xcalibur is not well supported for extracting multi target compounds from measured data, it is hard to build a database in water quality survey with a high resolution full scan data. TOX-ID is recently introduced automated screening software providing target identification processing from full scan or MS/MS data on the basis of the compounds formula, polarity, mass accuracy and optional adducts format. The goal of this study was to investigate a target screening of pesticides in surface water from Youngsan River of Korea to construct data base using TOX-ID software. |
