As The Increase of Volume and Frequency of Discharge is caused by Recent Climate Change, It was required the safe Maintenance Management on Underwater Inspection and Repair of Dam Facilities(stilling basin, downstream structures, etc,.), but Underwater structure Inspection was not easy for specific condition of under water relatively yet, There is insufficiency of guide and reference and a lack of experience related it too. 
  Thus, This study is a research conducted for evaluation of damage status of underwater dam facility, which is lacking researches as well as lower level of technology in the world, and possible application of efficient maintenance management of dam facility on actual sites. 
  There is no test on repair of underwater structures yet, this study was performed to evaluate durability and applicability of materials at laboratory and site test with actual underwater condition based on application of the existing traditional repair materials of underwater.
