Analytical method of 9 Nitrosoamines in water sample was developed by electron ionization and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. For using tandem mass spectrometry, the full scan mass spectrum of each analyte was acquired and selected precursor ion and product ion for quantitative analysis. Collision Energy (CE) of mass spectrometer was optimized for each compounds. As a result of optimization each ion showed maximum yield at CE 5 ~ 8 eV. The result of reference material analysis method detection limit (MDL) of analytes was range of 0.0195 ~ 0.0646 μg/L, precision of measurement was range of 3.19 ~ 14.83 % and accuracy of quantitative analysis was range of 89.5 ~ 117.3 % |
