Simplified analytical method of nine disinfection by-product(DBPs) including chloral hydrate(CH), dibromoacetonitrile(DBAN), dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN), trichloroacetonitrile(TCAN), bromochloroacetonitrile(BCAN), ethylenedibromide(EDB), chloropicrin(CP), 1,1-dichloropropanone (DCP), 1,1,1-trichloropropanone(TCP) were validated using CTC Combi PAL headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME) - gas chromatograph-electron capture detector(GC-ECD). Basic conditions for SPME such as fiber properties, extraction temperature, adsorption/desorption time, salt effect, repeatability and detection limits were optimized. Calibration curves was resulted in 1.0-50 ㎍/L with R2 value ranges between 0.960-0.997. The averaged limits of detection(LOD) of 10 ㎍/L standard solution were ranged 1.51-3.78 ㎍/L with available relative standard deviation. |
