Establishment of Digital Twin Platforms for Five Cities in Saudi Arabia
K-water, in collaboration with Naver and the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX), is developing a Digital Twin platform for five major Saudi cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Mecca. This $100 million project aims to enhance urban planning, flood prevention, and water resource management by creating precise 3D models of urban environments. The project spans five years, with 18 months dedicated to construction and 42 months to operation.
